  OBSERVED SOME MINERAL RESIDUE BUILDUP INSIDE ICE MACHINE. CLEAN INSIDE ICE MACHINE AS OFTEN AS
  NECESSARY TO MAINTAIN CLEAN TO SIGHT AND TOUCH.

  OBSERVED MISSING, CRACKED, BROKEN AND LOOSE FLOOR TILES BEHIND BAR AND IN SMALL KITCHEN AREA.
  IT ALSO APPEARED THAT THE SUBFLOOR WAS DAMAGED IN SOME AREAS AS WELL. REPAIR SUBFLOOR AND
  REPLACE ANY MISSING, CRACKED, BROKEN AND LOOSE FLOOR TILES AS NECESSARY SO THAT THE FLOOR IS
  SMOOTH, NON-ABSORBENT AND EASILY CLEANABLE. MAINTAIN FLOOR IN GOOD REPAIR.

  OBSERVED A MINERAL RESIDUE BUILDUP IN THREE COMPARTMENT SINK. USE A DEMINERALIZER TO REMOVE
  MINERAL BUILDUP IN SINKS AND AROUND FAUCETS. MAINTAIN SINKS AND PLUMBING FIXTURES CLEAN AND
  SANITARY.
   
  NOTE: IF THE MINERAL BUILDUP IN THREE COMPARTMENT SINK CANNOT BE REMOVED, THE THREE COMPARTMENT
  SINK MUST BE REPLACED WITH A COMMERCIAL NSF APPROVED THREE COMPARTMENT SINK THAT IS SMOOTH AND
  EASILY CLEANABLE.
